Terms of service

Scope

These terms apply to video production services by ballons.ai and to the use of the client portal. Each project is also defined by its quote or package description.

Quotes and payment

• Package prices on our site are starting prices. The binding price is your quote.
• Payment is split in two: a 50% deposit once you accept the quote, before production starts, and the remaining 50% when you approve the final video, before the clean file is released.
• Previews shared for review carry a ballons.ai watermark. The clean, watermark-free file is released once the final payment has been received.
• Payments are made online and processed by Stripe.
• Prices are in EUR unless stated otherwise.

Your input

You confirm you have the rights to material you provide (logos, footage, text, music) and that we may use it to produce your video.

Revisions and timelines

• Each package includes a set number of revision rounds; extra rounds are quoted before we start.
• Turnaround times start when the deposit has been received and depend on timely feedback.
• The script and storyboard can be changed in the first revision round. Other changes to the agreed scope (such as length) after production has started may be quoted separately.

Usage rights

Ownership of and the right to use the final video pass to you once it has been paid in full; from then on you may use it commercially. Until then, previews may only be used to review the work. Licensed music and stock elements are subject to their licence terms. Source files are delivered only if agreed. We may show finished work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise.
