Create an account and fill in a short brief in your portal: what the video is for, where it will run, and a link to your website or any material you already have. A rough idea is enough to start.

UsAfter we've reviewed your brief
We read your brief and send a fixed quote to your portal, split into a 50% deposit and a 50% final payment. Accept it when you're happy with it. Nothing starts before you do.
Deposit
YouWhen you accept the quote
Once you accept the quote, you pay the 50% deposit from your project page. Production starts when it arrives.
Production
UsThe bulk of the turnaround
We write the script, sketch the storyboard and set the style direction, then design and animate the scenes. You can change the script and storyboard in your first revision round. Music, sound design, captions and voice-over (where included) are added and mixed. When the cut is ready, it appears in your portal.
Review
TogetherAfter each cut, once per round
You watch the cut in your portal and leave notes. We work through them in revision rounds; the number of rounds depends on your package. Notes are collected per round so nothing gets lost. Previews carry a watermark until the final payment.
Final payment
YouWhen you approve the final video
When the video is right, you approve it and pay the remaining 50% from your project page. The clean, watermark-free file is released once the payment has arrived.
Delivery
UsOnce the final payment is in
We upload your final files to your portal, as MP4 exports in every aspect ratio of your package, with a captions file, named and ready to post. Your project stays in the portal so you can download them again later.

Revisions.
Each package includes a set number of revision rounds. A round is one consolidated set of notes on a cut.
- Big changes are easiest before production starts, so put everything that matters in your brief.
- Changes to the agreed scope after production has started may be quoted separately.
- We quote extra rounds before we start.
